Connecting actors, advancing impact: PERMANET at PDAC 2026

At the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) 2026, one of the world’s leading events for the mining sector, the Iberian Sustainable Mining Cluster (ISMC) played a pivotal role in bringing together European innovation, international stakeholders, and strategic partners. The objective was clear: move from dialogue to action by translating collaborative projects into tangible impact across the mineral value chain.

The participation of ISMC and its network offered a comprehensive overview of how Europe is addressing the challenges of sustainability, resilience, and circularity in raw materials. The projects presented (PERMANET, DEXPLORE EU, GAIA-TSF, and Neo-Cycle) collectively showcased an integrated approach that spans the entire lifecycle of mineral resources.
